City Celebrates Wastewater Improvements
John Collins hosted the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of the new Head Work at the Wastewater Treatment plant. The new facility will pump 50 million of waste water a day.

The City of Grand Island had a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the new Head Works at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. It was hosted by John Collins, Public Works Director. Attendees included the Mayor, City Administrator, and other City Council Members.
